We are pleased to confirm that, in partnership with Unison, the School has made excellent progress in developing a framework for the transfer of staff to SOAS and to SOAS terms and conditions. We have already commenced consultation with Elior’s staff and will begin consultation with the staff from Bouygues this week.

An initial ‘All staff’ meeting will take place between 1pm and 3pm tomorrow (Tuesday 10 July) in Room 116 of the Main Building. This will be followed up quickly with small group meetings. A second round of individual meetings will follow with Elior and Bouygues staff within the following two weeks.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming our new colleagues to SOAS.
