New law database – Kluwer Arbitration
SOAS staff and students now have access to a new legal database, Kluwer Arbitration
The database provides full text access to a huge range of materials on international commercial arbitration, including:
- Major works such as the International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration & the Yearbook of Commercial Arbitration
- Over 100 books
- 10 journals
- International conventions
- Rules of international and domestic arbitration organisations
- Bilateral Investment Treaties
- Domestic legislation from around the world
- Arbitral awards made by a variety of international & domestic organisations
- International & domestic court decisions
