It is the intention of this article to explore the historical and legal dimension of apartheid as a comparative lens in Israel-Palestine, with a particular focus on what this could mean for the current International Criminal Court (ICC) investigation into crimes against humanity committed by Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT).
